By registering and participating you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not register or participate.
Participants must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to participate in paid competitions in their jurisdiction. You must provide accurate information.
Register on the website (Friday 00:01 - 23:59), verify the unique payment code via the Telegram bot (verified until Saturday 07:30), get assigned to a tournament group, play on Saturday (fixtures posted before 09:00), upload match evidence, and winners are paid the same day.
Entry fee is ₦500 per tournament. After payment you receive a single-use code. Codes validate once only. Codes purchased for a specific tournament week do not carry over to subsequent weeks.
Each payment code is valid only for the specific tournament week in which it was purchased. Codes automatically expire at the end of the tournament day (Saturday) following purchase and cannot be reused or carried over to subsequent tournaments. Expired or unused codes are non-refundable unless the tournament itself is cancelled by Pool Champions.
Verification is carried out by the Telegram bot via a website API. Verified users will receive a one-time invite to their assigned group. If verification fails, you must contact support.
Groups are capped at 300 players. Organiser may open more groups. Each group has its own prize.
Players must play on 8 Ball Pool by Miniclip using specified modes for each round. Players must have at least 750 in-app coins before playing. Screen recording of matches is mandatory.
All disputes are resolved by admins based on submitted recordings. Admin decisions are final. Tampering with evidence, use of edited videos, or other fraudulent behavior may result in disqualification and bans.
Prize per group: ₦100,000 net reward. Payouts are made by bank transfer with proof posted publicly. We aim to send payments within 24 hours. We are not responsible for third-party payment delays.
If Pool Champions cancels a tournament, refunds may be issued at our discretion. Codes not redeemed during their nominated week are not refundable unless we cancel the event.
All platform content (brand, logos, materials) is owned by Zyon Interactive Nigeria Limited. You may not use our marks without written permission.
We collect personal data for verification, payout, and admin purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Participation is at your own risk.
We may update these Terms; changes will be posted and effective immediately for new registrations. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.
